IMPACT MODIFIER

MBS impact modifiers are used in a wide range of PVC applications for excellent impact strength, efficiency, best transparency and clarity, low crease whitening. They are not suitable for outdoor applications.

Application:-MBS impact modifier use in PVC pipes -fitting, CPVC pipe-fitting, uPVC pipes-fittings, PVC furniture, PVC medical parts, PVC door-window, PVC blister film, PVC rigid sheet, PVC packaging film, PVC lamination film, PVC shrink film, PVC celuka foam board sheet, PVC WPC sheet, PVC profiles and other many application.

CHLORINATED POLYETHYLENE (CPE)

CPE products are chlorinated polyethylene resin. It is a type of superior high performance-price ratio impact modifier and is widely used in production of many types of rigid plastic products and semi-flexible products. Proper amount of CPE added into formulations of PVC, PE or PP plastic products will not only greatly enhance impact resistance but will also largely improve low temperature performance, weatherability, welding strength and other performance. CPE is most suitable for substitution of acrylic impact modifier (AIM) or blending with AIM with a certain percentage without adjusting the processing data and the formulation, resulting in an optimum performance/cost solution.
